What You'll Be Doing<ul><li>Estimate costs for sheet metal siding, steel roofing, and standing seam roofing systems</li><li>Evaluate and price cladding repairs and other project scopes</li><li>Review architectural drawings, specs, and related documents to generate accurate takeoffs</li><li>Liaise with clients, suppliers, and field teams to ensure alignment from quote to project completion</li><li>Use Excel and Microsoft Office Suite to prepare and manage estimates</li><li>Maintain strong attention to detail and timelines while juggling multiple bids</li></ul>What You Bring to the Table<ul><li>5 or more years of experience in cladding systems, standing seam roofing, and project estimating</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Doc (or similar estimating software)</li><li>Ability to read construction documents and architectural drawings</li><li>Highly organized, with strong time management and problem-solving skills</li><li>Able to work independently while staying aligned with the broader team</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive base salary starting at CA$ 70,000 to CA$ 80,000 per year, plus sales and production bonus potential based on performance</li><li>Benefit package available</li><li>A supportive, team-oriented environment with room to grow</li><li>The opportunity to work on unique, high-quality projects across Southern Ontario</li><li>Work-life balance with flexibility and respect for your time</li></ul>Interested?We'd love to meet you.
